Project Description
Yahoo!’s Help is used by hundreds of millions of people all over the World, and by the time they arrive at Yahoo! Help, most are desperate to find the help they need. It was imperative that the Help interface surface the most common Help topics and then allowed users to easily dig deeper for the topics that were less common.
Yahoo! sought Mondo’s help at doing just that. Mondo led a project to rethink Yahoo!’s Help user experience and ultimately created a UI that dramatically decreased support contacts by as much as 50%!
